The iFiniti wholesaler version has been designed for fresh food wholesalers whose customers are principally other fresh produce wholesalers and supermarkets. You handle hundreds of fresh produce lines sourced locally or abroad. You pay for in GBP’s, Euros of Dollars. You employ sales staff who have their own customer portfolios.

You never sell less than a case. You frequently sell what you don’t have in stock if you have a reasonable expectation of sourcing it locally. You keep stock in your own or a third party cold store. You deliver to customers using your own and/or third-party hauliers.

Sale Order Entry

The iFiniti wholesaler software has its own specially designed sale order entry task with the emphasis on making customer information readily available to sales personnel.

Information like what the customer has bought before, how much was paid, the current credit status etc. You can also drill down to see what’s coming in and what’s going out. Items can be sold on fixed or open price and can send the stock negative.

Delivery Charges

iFiniti is pre-programmed with each relevant transport company’s charge for delivering to each customer. This enables iFiniti to automatically calculate the cost of delivering each order as it is entered.

Procurement Expenses

The problem with importing fresh produce is that the landed costs are considerably more than the cost of the goods themselves.

iFiniti contains the mechanism for recording these charges. It is a trivial exercise to analyse your profitability right down to an individual item on a particular consignment.

Supplier Return

If you work on commission sales even occasionally you will find the supplier return task within iFiniti an invaluable tool. There is absolutely no guesswork or effort involved in working out the precise return price.

iFiniti automatically calculates the average revenue per pack, the cost per pack including landing costs, storage costs and delivery costs from which you simply enter the margin you are looking for. iFiniti then works out what you need to pay your supplier.

Live Stock Control

You will always know exactly how much stock you have irrespective of whether you never sell less than a half pallet, only ever sell whole boxes or sometimes sell items each or by the kilo. There is even a wizard that prompts you what to order when.

Purchase Order Processing

iFiniti contains a full purchase order processing module which, as you would expect, integrates with the stock control module. Purchase orders are converted into Purchase Invoices via a reconciliation process and subsequently posted into a supported Purchase Ledger using a specially designed automated task.

Returned Goods Procedure

To ensure that returned goods or customer complaints are dealt with efficiently it is essential to have a fit for purpose returned goods/credit handling procedure. iFiniti contains just such a procedure. It doesn’t just handle it from the credit aspect it also handles it from the stock control traceability aspect as well.

Management Profitability Reports

A vital aspect of running a successful business is to know exactly who, where and what is generating your revenue. In this regard iFiniti contains numerous management reports. Profitability can be monitored by Customer, Supplier, Product, Vehicle and Customer Category.

Traceability/ BRC Accreditation

iFiniti customers have found obtaining and retaining BRC accreditation simple and straight forward. A strong feature of iFiniti is batch traceability. All purchases are fully accounted for and can be traced from the sale or purchase. If your business is thinking about bidding for local authority business such as schools you may well discover that you will not be considered unless you are able to prove traceability.
